I have a Apple Mac Mini (first gen) that I do most of my drawings on. I found that it seems to get quite warm after about an hour of drawing and hard use. I designed this base for it to get it off the shelf and get some air moving under it. I designed it so a simple 5" pc fan would fit right into the middle and blow upwards. I have attached a simple filter mesh on the bottom to keep the dust circulation down. This was also the first program and first cuts of my drawer slide cnc machine. (seen in the designs page). I have also designed a model for use with the "New" Mac Mini.
