What motor are you choosing to run this spindle? Are you using a VFD to control the speed? Also would you be willing to upload any of the CAD files you used for this spindle build? I am also curious about lubrication. Is there any kind of maintenance that needs to be performed on a spindle build like this? I think there would be a real market for this kind of device as I have never really seen a compact build like this. Would be very interested to see how it holds up in a real work setting. This is especially interesting to me since you are developing a collet based spindle that can potentially do dual duty (router and mill). That is truly a unique product from my point of view.
