This is a design that I started a while back that got sidelined. I had a bunch of 1″ x 16 ga. square tubing in my shop and decided to do something creative with it. It was one of those times that I started building without a plan. So far it’s working quite well. Some have said it won’t nearly be strong or sturdy enough to be useful (the best motivation).
I will upload some pictures though it is far from complete. I will also try to finish my drawing of the project….just bear with me for a bit.

Something like this gave me the idea……
I just bought a bunch of thes cam followers off eBay. I have a thing for bearings…I love em’! So usefull! Anyways, I’ll be using these for the underside of the x/y cariages to keep it on the “track”. |
